Course Description:

This course discusses addiction by defining key terms, differentiating between various substance use disorders, and outlining diagnostic criteria. It also covers the risks associated with opioid medications, patient evaluation techniques, and compares treatment options such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Course Description:
