Julia Tortorice, RN, MSN, EdD
Chief Executive Officer
Julia Tortorice has over three decades of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership as an RN, MSN, EdD, and CEO for CEUFast, Inc. since 2001.
She received her MBA from the University of Florida and MSN from the University of Phoenix. She is also a board-certified nurse executive advanced (NEA-BC). Since 1984, she has worked as a nursing executive.
During the time she worked in administration, Julia also worked PRN in clinical specialty area, emergency nursing. She worked as a courtesy clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida College of Nursing for four years. She directed an RN residency program for three years, which attained accreditation in 2011.
In November 2023, Julia completed her Doctor of Education (EdD) from Walden University. Her dissertation, titled "How to Support Secondary School Teachers after Emergency Remote Teaching," reflects her commitment to advancing healthcare education and supporting educators in challenging environments.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association since 2005 and is also a part of the Florida Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International.

Jamie Tortorice, MEd, LAT, ATC
Chief Operating Officer
Jamie Tortorice, MEd, LAT, ATC, is the Chief Operating Officer. She has been working with CEUFast, Inc. since 2015 and has been the Lead course planner and CE Administrator from 2019-2022. She graduated from North Georgia College and State University (now the University of North Georgia) with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Master's in Education two years later.
She has 15 years of clinical experience in athletic training, including eight years of collegiate and high coverage, five years as a clinician in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, and two years assisting an orthopedic surgeon in his daily clinical practice.
Jamie has three years of experience as an assistant professor and clinical instructor for the Athletic Training Education Program at North Georgia College and State University, where she taught courses of the Athletic Training Education Program to student athletic trainers pursuing a degree and certification in Athletic Training.

Alyssa King, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, CLC, CNE
Accredited Provider Program Director
Dr. Alyssa King has been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years. She has been working as the Nurse Planner and author for CEUFast, Inc. since 2021. In 2025, she became CEUFast's Accredited Provider Program Director.
Dr. King is a four-time alumna of the University of South Florida (USF), earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2014, as well as her Post-Master's Nursing Education Certificate, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PNP), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the specialty of pediatrics in 2019.
Dr. King worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) nurse for seven years at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital Level IV NICU. She obtained her lactation counselor (CLC) certification in 2018 to provide better breastfeeding support for the mothers and babies in her care.
Dr. King is very passionate about the educational development and career advancement of both future and practicing nurses. Dr. King joined the USF College of Nursing as adjunct faculty for the Undergraduate BSN Program in Summer 2020. In late 2021, Dr. King became a certified nurse educator (CNE). Dr. King also completed the Post-Master's psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) graduate certificate program at the University of Miami in December 2022. Dr. King is dual-certified as both a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP) and a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). In February 2025, she took her mental health training one step further by pursuing certification specifically in perinatal mental health. As a PMH-C, Dr. King aims to take her advocacy efforts for the pediatric population to the next level by educating and raising awareness of prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health issues and promoting legislation to best support all mothers and family units.

Desiree Reinken, PhD, APRN, NP-C
Nurse Planner and Author
Dr. Desiree Reinken, PhD, APRN, NP-C, has been working at CEUFast, Inc. since 2021 as an author and became a full-time Nurse Planner in 2022. She has been a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) for five years and a Registered Nurse (RN) for over a decade. She has a background in emergency nursing, quality/preventative nursing, and nursing education. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD) in 2025 from the University of Colorado, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Maryville University in 2020, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in 2017, and her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2014 from Mineral Area College.
Dr. Reinken recently (2025) successfully defended her dissertation on "The Intersection of Quality of Life and Glioblastoma in Patient-Caregiver Dyads: A Secondary Analysis." She plans to disseminate her research through multiple publications and pursue independent research on this population. Through her education at the University of Colorado (Anschutz Medical Campus), Dr. Reinken took classes and earned her Nursing Education Certificate; she will sit for the Certified Nurse Educator exam late in 2025.
Dr. Reinken is in her sixth-year volunteering for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. During this time, she has served as her flotilla's secretary, vice flotilla commander, and diversity officer. She has also been a division-level diversity officer. She has participated in many organizations with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership. Dr. Reinken is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and maintains a leadership position with Sigma Theta Tau (Alpha Kappa-At-Large). Dr. Reinken is also a peer reviewer for the Journal of Emergency Nursing.
Desiree plans to dedicate her future to nurse planning and research as a nurse scientist.

Cindy Endicott, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, ATC, Cert. DN
Course Planner
Cindy joined CEUFast, Inc in 2023 as a course planner.
Dr. Cindy Endicott is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. She has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists since completing her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, including advanced manipulations modules. She has 18 years of experience working in collegiate sports medicine and seven years in outpatient physical therapy practice.
She is currently a United States Olympic and Paralympic Center volunteer sports medicine provider. She has worked with the following Olympic National Governing Bodies: USA Taekwondo, Soccer, Men's Paralympic Soccer, Boxing, Wrestling, Cycling, Gymnastics, Judo, and Volleyball. She traveled as a team physio and athletic trainer for USA Taekwondo with the Olympic Senior National Team between 2013 and 2019, with extensive international travel to elite tournaments, world championships, and Olympic qualification events. She is on the medical advisory committee and a provider for USA Ultimate.
