Course Description:

Setting boundaries in healthcare refers to establishing and maintaining professional relationships in the workplace rooted in respect for others. This course will address boundary-setting, ethical implications, unacceptable behaviors in the healthcare setting, boundary violations, and guidance for healthcare professionals on how to effectively set boundaries with patients, families, and colleagues.
