Course Description:
This course discusses why cesarean sections are necessary, the complications that are associated with cesarean sections, how to prevent complications from a cesarean section, and the long-term risks, as well as the psychological effects associated with cesarean sections.
Outcomes:
≥ 92% of participants will know what the risks and complications are of a cesarean section delivery.
Objectives:
After completing this continuing education course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify why cesarean sections are necessary.
- Determine the complications that are associated with cesarean sections.
