Course Description:
This course discusses neurobiology, clinical manifestations, therapeutic interventions, and the lived experiences of individuals grappling with schizophrenia.
Outcomes:

Objectives:
After completing this continuing education course, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the neurobiology of schizophrenia.
- Outline the clinical manifestations of schizophrenia.
- Explain the diagnostic workup of the patient with schizophrenia.
- Identify medications used to treat schizophrenia.
- Describe the side effects of medications used to treat schizophrenia.
