Course Description:
This course discusses what preeclampsia is, how to recognize it, and how to care for patients with preeclampsia.
Outcomes:

Objectives:
After completing this continuing education course, the participant will be able to:
- Define preeclampsia.
- List the risk factors for preeclampsia.
- Generate a plan of care for patients with preeclampsia.
- Identify the medications used to treat preeclampsia.
- State the risks of preeclampsia to the woman and the fetus.
- Determine the long-term consequences of preeclampsia.
- Describe the follow-up care that women with preeclampsia need.
