Course Description: 

This course discusses principles of blood flow restriction training in rehabilitation, including safety considerations, patient screening, and populations in which blood flow restriction training might be utilized. 

Outcomes:

Objectives:

1. Identify principles of muscle strengthening and hypertrophy.

3. Summarize the safety considerations related to BFRT.
