Please read these Official Rules before entering this Content (the "Contest").
By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
- Eligibility. The
contest is open only to legal residents of the United States or District of
Columbia, age 18 or older, and already have a internet access. If you do not
meet any of these requirements, or any other requirements as set in these
Official Rules, you are not eligible to win and we reserve the right not to
award prizes to you. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and
local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Contest Period.
The contest starts at 12:01 a.m (all times are Eastern Time) on July 1st, 2010
and ends at 11:59 p.m. on September 30th, 2010 (the "Contest Period"). All
entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible to win a
prize.
- How to Enter.
Visit CEUFast.com, Complete the Free Registration, and Pass any Course Test.
Only one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Use of any automated
system to participate is prohibeted or registering more than once will result in
disqualification. You must provide valid contact information at the time of
registration in order to be eligible to win.
- Prize. One (1) winner will receive
an Apple iPod Touch 8gb and a $15 iTunes gift card with an approximate estimated
retail value of less than $330.00. Odd of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received.
- Random Drawing. The winner will be
selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held by October
15th, 2010. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (as provided by
the information provided at the time of registration). If we are unable to
contact you by phone or e-mail within
one week, your entry will be forfeited
and a runner up selected and contacted.
- By accepting the winning entry, the
winner explicitly grants his/her
permission for CEUFast.com to post
their name on a list of
winners and any
