How can I test my Web Browser?   Please visit our web broswer test page at http://www.ceufast.com/browsertest Are the contact hours accepted by the licensing boards of other healthcare professions beside nursing?   CEUFast.com contact hours are only accredited for nursing contact hours; however, other professional boards often accept our contact hours if they are applicable to the profession's practice. Please check with your board to determine their standards for acceptance of contact hours. Are your contact hours accepted by my nursing licensure board?   CEUFast.com courses are accepted: by all US state nursing boards for ANCC certification renewal for nursing mandated requirements for FL, TX, and PR (not KY) for NY infection control state mandates for subject specific courses for other professions CEUFast.com is an: Approved Provider of continuing nursing education by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credential Centers Commission on Accreditation. This opens a page called My Account. On the right upper corner is your name and address. Beneath that are the blue words edit profile. Click on edit profile. The fourth heading down is user license information. It displays the information currently in your profile. You can click edit to change the informtion, or add to enter new license information. Clicking either edit or add will open a page with two rectangles for data entry. The first one is for your number. Enter only the numbers, not the prefix letters. Then use the drop down menu by the second rectangle to enter the state. Click update or add to save your changes. How do I find courses or use the course catalog?   To see the available courses, click on the word "Course Catalog" near the top of this page. Beside the words "Select your course" is a rectangle that says "What's hot top 10 courses." Click the down arrow beside those words to select the course catalog you want to see. Once you are in the catalog you want, you can move up and down the list until you find the course you want. Click on "view course" by the title of the course and it will open. You can read it online or you can print it. How do I find my completed tests and certificates of completion?   Logging in will take you to a page called "My Account" which lists your successfully completed tests. Click on the title of the course to create a certificate. If you have bought unlimited contact hours it will take you to certificate of completion. If you did not buy unlimited hours, you will be prompted to pay before you can get your certificate. You should print the certificate and keep it for your records for 4 years. How do I get started?   To start, you need to register. Registration is free. To register, click on the blue words "registration page" at the beginning of the second paragraph on the homepage. Follow the directions on the registration page. This will take you to a page called "My Account." To see the available courses, click on the word "Course Catalog" near the top of this page. Beside the words "Select your course" is a rectangle that says "What's hot top 10 courses." Click the down arrow beside those words to select the course catalog you want to see. Once you are in the catalog you want, you can move up and down the list until you find the course you want. Click on "view course" by the title of the course and it will open. You can read it online or you can print it. When you are ready to take the test, click on "take test" by the course title in the course catalog. Click on the small circle beside the answer you want to select. You must answer all the questions and complete a course evaluation. Hit your enter button on the keyboard or click submit at the end of the course evaluation. A graded test will appear with the correct and incorrect answers noted. How do I register?   To register, click on the blue words "registration page" at the beginning of the second paragraph on the homepage. Follow the directions on the registration page. How do I take a test?   When you are ready to take the test, click on "take test" by the course title in the course catalog. Click on the small circle beside the answer you want to select. You must answer all the questions and complete a course evaluation. Hit your enter button on the keyboard or click submit at the end of the course evaluation. What does a year of unlimited contact hours mean?   Once a year of unlimited contact hours is purchased, you have access to all the courses on the website for 365 days. There are no additional costs or fees. What grade to I have to make to pass a test?   You must get 80% of the answers correct, to get credit for the course. You can retake the test at no additional charge. What is the price   You can buy a year of unlimited contact hours for $29.95.
