How can I check to see if my Web Browser has Cookies and JavaScript enabled?   The online diagnostic at http://www.supportdetails.com/ can indicate if Cookies and Javascript are enabled. Are the contact hours accepted by the licensing boards of other healthcare professions beside nursing?   CEUFast.com contact hours are only accredited for nursing contact hours; however, other professional boards often accept our contact hours if they are applicable to the profession's practice. Please check with your board to determine their standards for acceptance of contact hours. How do I find courses or use the course catalog?   To see a list of all currently available courses, click on the "Course Catalog" tab on the main menu. At the top of the Course Catalog page under "Course Categories" you can view courses sorted by categories, topics, and disciplines. Simply click the down arrow in the drop down box, scroll through the list, and select the category you would like to view. Next you can search our complete course catalog by keyword. Enter your keyword(s) (i.e. "Domestic Violence") in the box below the "Course Search" header, then click the "Search Courses" button. Below that, you can view all currently available courses in alphabetical order. How do I find my completed tests and certificates of completion?   Logging in will take you to a page called "My Account" which lists your successfully completed tests. Click on the title of the course to create a certificate. If you have an active subscription you will be shown your certificate of completion. If you do not have an active subscription, you will be prompted to pay before you can obtain your new certificate. You should print the certificate and keep it for your records for 4 years. How do I get started?   To start, you need to register. Registration is free. To register, click on the blue words "registration page" at the beginning of the second paragraph on the homepage. Follow the directions on the registration page. This will take you to a page called "My Account." To see the available courses, click on the word "Course Catalog" near the top of this page. Beside the words "Select your course" is a rectangle that says "What's hot top 10 courses." Click the down arrow beside those words to select the course catalog you want to see. Once you are in the catalog you want, you can move up and down the list until you find the course you want. Click on "view course" by the title of the course and it will open. You can read it online or you can print it. When you are ready to take the test, click on "take test" by the course title in the course catalog. Click on the small circle beside the answer you want to select. You must answer all the questions and complete a course evaluation. Hit your enter button on the keyboard or click submit at the end of the course evaluation. A graded test will appear with the correct and incorrect answers noted. How do I register?   To register: Go to the CEUFast.com home page, and click on the "Click Here to Start Today" graphic Choose the option that best describes your situation Complete the registration form, review the Terms o Service and Privacy Policy and click the "I Accept, Proccess My Registration" button at the bottom of the page. How do I take a test?   Once you have studied the course material and are ready to take the test, click the "Take Test for this Course". button located at the top of each course. Alternatively you can click the "Take Test" link next to the course title on the "Course Catalog" page. Next answer the questions on the test by selecting the small circle next to the answer you wish to select. You must answer all questions and complete the course evaluation. Once you have completed the test click the "Click Here to Grade This Exam" button located at the bottom of the test. Your test results will be displayed showing the correct and incorrect answers noted. How do I update my address, phone number, or email address?   Log into CEUFast.com with your username and password From the "My Account" page under the "Profile Information" header click on the "Edit Profile" button Update your information then click the "Update Profile Information" button located at the bottom of the page.  I can only see 5 answers on the "Test Results" page. How can I see all of the answers?   To view all of the answers on the Test Results page you must have an active subscription. To see if you have an active subscription: Log into CEUFast.com with your username and password From the "My Account" page under the "Account Status" header, you can see if your account is active and how many days are remaining on your subscription. "Subscription Not Active" will be displayed if you do not have an active subscription. If you know a subscription has been purchased within 365 days but your account is showing "Subscription Not Active" you may have registered more than once and could be signing into an account without a active subscription. Please contact us at CEUFast.com/support so we can further assist you. I can't login. What can I do?   First - Verify you are using the correct Username & Password. Second - Make sure Cookies are Enabled: Internet Explorer 7.x 1 Click Tools on the top line of your browser File, Edit, View Favorites, Tools and Help . Click the Internet Options icon. Select the Privacy tab. Under Settings, click Advanced button. Check the box Override automatic cookie handling under Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept. Check the box Always allow session cookies. Click OK. Click OK to exit. I have already purchased a subscription within the last 365 days, but when I log in my account says "Inactive Subscription". What do I do?   You may have registered more than once and could be logging into a different account than the account you purchased a subscription on. Please contact us at CEUFast.com/support and provide your first name and last name. Other information that could help us locate duplicate accounts would be the email address, phone number, license number and mailing address. I need to complete a 4 hour HIV/AIDS course, but I see that the only 4 hour hour one is an update.  Does that mean I have to take the 1 hour one first?   No. The update refers to the fact that the information is the most recent available. What does a year of unlimited contact hours mean?   Once a year of unlimited contact hours is purchased, you have access to all the courses on the website for 365 days from the date or purchase. There are no additional costs or fees. What does the course expiration date indicate?   The "exp. date" located next to each course indicates how long the course will be available on CEUFast.com. Certificates achieved on these courses are still valid beyond the expiration date. What grade do I have to make to pass a test?   You must get 80% of the answers correct, to get credit for the course. You can retake the test at no additional charge. What is the price?   You can purchase one year of unlimited contact hours for $29.95.
